The Paris Perfume Museum is located in the Opera Garnier quarter of Paris and founded in 1926 by Maison Fragonard, a family business boasting unique traditional French expertise. It welcomes both amateur perfume lovers and connoisseurs for a guided tour unveiling the manufacturing secrets perfume and its extraordinary history from Antiquity to the present day.
The Perfume Museum has two sections, one dedicated to fragrance, bringing to life every stage of the making of a mythical object, and the second section features an exceptional collection of ancient bottles retracing the story from Ancient Egypt to the 2oth Century, including kohl pots, pomanders and perfume burners.
