After breakfast, depart to La Orotava town, where you will visit one of the best-preserved historical sites in the Canary Islands. Then, walking through the main streets, you will discover the Canarian architecture style, which is the fusion between Spanish, Portuguese, and Mudejar styles. Along the way, you will see the Townhall and the square, where is made a sand carpet during the `Corpus Christi` (Catholic Festival, which is known in other countries as Pentecost). Once you finish visiting to La Orotava, you will continue to Mount Teide National Park. Then, you will begin to ascend until we reach 2,370 m above sea level. During the tour, you will pass through different landscapes with wonderful views and traditional villages. Finally, you will cross the forest of Canarian pine until you reach Las Cañadas del Teide, where you will begin to understand that Tenerife is an island of contrasts. Later, you will go to the cable car base, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Ucanca Valley. Optionally, you can take the Teide cable car to La Rambleta station, located at 3550m, where you will be a few meters from the highest peak in Spain.
