In Lyon, widely regarded as the birthplace of cinema, explore the legacy of the Lumière brothers and the origins of moving pictures, with a visit to the iconic Institut Lumière and Old Lyon.

1
ARRIVAL IN PARIS
Arrival at your airport in Paris and private transfer to your hotel. Check in for your 3-night stay and then free time. At night, you will be treated to a welcome dinner at Le Train Bleu, a historic gem with a heritage-listed interior, serving refined traditional French cuisine. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

A CINEMATIC DAY IN PARIS
Begin your day at the iconic Cinémathèque Française, where you’ll explore stunning exhibitions of original costumes, storyboards, and props. Then, dive into the fascinating world of early cinema and special effects at the Méliès Museum, a magical tribute to the origins of movie-making.
Free time for lunch at Bercy Village. With its vintage charm and magical atmosphere, Montmartre is a true cinematic treasure. This hilltop village in Paris was the main setting for the beloved film Amélie. Follow in her footsteps through iconic spots like the Café des 2 Moulins, Place des Abbesses, and the hidden stairways and gardens that gave the film its whimsical feel. A guided stroll through this neighborhood blends cinema, history, and poetic Parisian scenery.
Free time for dinner. In the late evening, enjoy a scenic cruise along the Seine and admire Paris from the water.

FEEL LIKE MARIE ANTOINETTE IN VERSAILLES AND LIVE MIDNIGHT IN PARIS
After an early breakfast, you will board your private coach to head to Versailles to discover the magic of cinema through the very locations where celebrated films were shot, including Marie Antoinette by Sofia Coppola and Jeanne du Barry. You will follow in the footsteps of Kirsten Dunst as Marie Antoinette and recreate her elegant stroll through these enchanting gardens. The visit ends with the most delicious hot chocolate from Angelina’s.
Free time for lunch at Marché de Notre-Dame and return to Paris.
In the afternoon, stroll through the streets of the Latin Quarter and rediscover the film’s iconic settings, a tribute to the French capital — filled with the magic and whimsy of Woody Allen’s cinematic vision. Just like the hero of the film, you too will travel through time.
Evening and dinner free at leisure.

LIGHTS, CAMERA… ACTION AT THE GRAND REX & EIFFER TOWER
Kick off your day in style with an exclusive visit to the legendary Grand Rex, Europe’s largest cinema palace. Step into the magic of movie-making at Rex Studios: walk through iconic sets, explore backstage secrets. A must for film lovers!
In the afternoon you will explore the Eiffel Tower and its surroundings. This legendary filming location has been featured in classics like La Vie en Rose, Inception, Mission: Impossible – Fallout, La La Land, and Lupin. It has also served as a stunning backdrop for Bollywood films and Netflix hits.
Then, sit back and relax as you board the train for a scenic 2-hour journey to Lyon. Private transfer from Lyon train station to your hotel. Check in for a 2-night stay. Evening and dinner free at leisure

LYON – IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF THE LUMIERE BROTHERS & TASTE PAUL BOCUSE

Free time for lunch at a suggested spot: Les Halles Paul Bocuse — the culinary temple of France’s gastronomic capital. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided stroll through Lyon’s historic streets, blending cinematic landmarks with rich heritage and hidden film locations.
Free time for dinner and then enjoy a late evening scenic cruise along the Rhône to admire Lyon, with optional wine tasting.

DISCOVER LEGENDARY FILM PROPS & HIDDEN PASSAGEWAYS OF OLD LYON
Dive into the magical world of cinema at the Miniature and Cinema Museum, home to legendary props from Star Wars, Alien, and intricate miniature sets. Free time for lunch and explore Vieux Lyon on a 2-hour guided tour through its Renaissance charm and hidden passageways. Discover the famous traboules, secret courtyards, and centuries-old streets rich with history.
Then, relax during the 2-hour train ride back to Paris in the afternoon. Private transfer from the Paris train station to your hotel for check-in.
Farewell dinner at Le Polidor, where you’ll reflect on an unforgettable journey through the heart of French cinema.
